Wine is a food. Wine challenges our senses of smell, tastes, touch, sight, hearing and thoughts. It bonds our intellect and yearns for us to know all about its character, structure and heredity. Perhaps, rather than “What is Wine”, “Who Is Wine?” I am a part of wine. You can be too, when you are curious and believe. I invite you to join others and me on this journey to learn more about ourselves, fellow grapes, allowing the wine in the glass to communicate its language as the “bell tolls for thee.”
